1) Mercat Boqueira: Located in front of Hostel Mendoza, near Liceu metro. One of the famous market around Barcelona city centre. Very clean, not smelly and dry, though its a wet market.
2) Palau Guell: Another Gaudi building, but it was mostly closed for renovation. Only visited its basement. Luckily, it was free.
Where we skipped:
1) Museu Picasso: A must-go if you are an art lover. You will learn that Picasso did not only paint funny pictures, and there were Blue and Pink periods in his life. His most famous painting, Guernica was exhibited here.
2) Palau de la Musica Catalana
3) Camp Nou: Barcelona FC home ground
4) Tibidabo: Hill-top "Disneyland"
